Before scheduling the written examination with our team, please ensure that you meet the admission requirements as per Canadian Aviation Regulations 421.13.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow ample time for the required paperwork. You may bring the following items with you on the day of the exam:

Pencil – HB
Basic Calculator - Alpha Key/STO/storage/memory are NOT allowed;
Flight Crew Electronic Computer – please review the attached link

Ruler – if an ICAO Aviation ruler, the back side must be covered;

Scrap papers will be provided before the examination.

No electronic devices such as portable telephone, iPods, pagers, electronic planners, wristwatches with notepad capabilities, etc. are allowed in the room during the writing of examinations.

No reference material shall be allowed into the room during the writing of an examination. This includes instruction manuals associated with any of the approved hand-held electronic calculators or flight computers. Dictionaries are not allowed in the examination room.

Please bring all documentation required for admission to the exam as applicable (medical, recommendation, etc.), including an official government-issued photo ID that displays your signature.
