Pacific Rim Aviation Academy provides Instructor and Dispatch positions to both domestic and international students.

Instructor Position

Many of our graduates choose to complete our Instructors Rating as it is a very rewarding way to enter the exciting world of commercial aviation. We do our best to hire our graduates provided we have opportunities available and the candidate meets our requirements for safety, skill, personality, enthusiasm, and customer service.

Dispatch Position

Dispatch plays an important role in daily flight training. Our dispatch team is responsible for flight planning and air safety. They act as the ground support for pilots; monitoring weather and coordinating decisions relating to flight operations.
